EuroClix exists thanks to your voluntary participation in the EuroClix loyalty programme. It is therefore essential to us that your personal information is protected. EuroClix guarantees that:

• Your personal information (such as email address and name and address) will never be sold to or shared with any third parties.
• Your email address will only be used by EuroClix to send you customised offers and communications (eg. via emails and the EuroClix website). The profile information you provide us with will only be used for focused market research.
• Merchants will only receive anonymised results with regard to your response and other communications, unless you have given express consent to provideyour personal information.
• Market researchers will only receive anonymised profiles. Your personal information will never be provided to third parties.
• All profile information and details you enter in surveys will be separated from your name, address and email address and other personal information.
• The infrastructure and software of the EuroClix programme have been specifically designed to prevent advertisers and unauthorised persons from receiving personal information related to EuroClix members.
• You will have the opportunity to determine at any time whether you still wish to receive offers, invitations for surveys and other communications. You can decide to cancel your membership and delete your details at any time.
• Your participation in market research is completely voluntary and absolutely anonymous. We never misleadingly use market research to offer you products or services.
• Your email address is never released to third parties, other than to determine the accuracy of your details and to verify your transactions.
• The EuroClix policy on dealing with your privacy complies with privacy legislation. Moreover, EuroClix is registered with the Dutch Data Protection Authority under number 1414870.
• EuroClix monitors general information regarding the traffic on its website, eg. information about the most requested pages, for the purpose of rendering the EuroClix website as user-friendly as possible.
• In order for our users to access our site more easily, cookie technology is applied. EuroClix uses temporary cookies: small files that are stored on your PC to recognise you and to automatically give you access to the EuroClix website. These cookies do not contain any personal information.
