Speed
This indicator shows how many days it takes before this merchant sends the transaction details to EuroClix and the available Clix are credited to your account.
Reliability
The process of tracking transactions by merchants is complicated. If a merchant is not capable of tracking your transaction, EuroClix cannot add Clix (points) to your account. This indicator measures the number of member claims (justified or not) divided by the total number of transactions. The outcome reflects how EuroClix members value the reliability of a merchant. It does not reflect the actual reliability of a merchant.
It is tracked whether or not a transaction claim is honoured. When a claim has been honoured, available Clix will eventually be credited to the EuroClix member’s account. The percentage of claims honoured by EuroClix is also displayed.

Insufficient statistics
For some merchants there are no statistics available. This is due to the fact that we cannot gather statistically justified information on tracking speed and reliability when insufficient transactions have been registered in a certain period of time.
