How can I cancel my membership?
You can decide to cancel your EuroClix membership at any time. To do so, log in on the EuroClix website, go to the membership settings section on the My Account page and click on the link "Cancel membership". After confirming your cancellation, you will receive a confirmation email. Once you have confirmed this email, you will be removed from the EuroClix database and your Clix will be cancelled.

If you have forgotten your login details, you can easily retrieve them by sending us a request to resend your login details. The login details will be sent to the email address with which you are registered with EuroClix.

How can I disable automatic login?
You can disable automatic login by clicking on "Log out" at the bottom left of the page. If this does not work, you can disable automatic login by taking the following steps:

If you are using Internet Explorer:
Go to Tools -> Internet Options -> click on the General tab -> click on Delete Cookies? -> click OK

If you are using Firefox:
Click on the Tools menu -> select Clear Recent History -> delete 'Cookies'and 'Buffer’.

Why am I logged in under with a different email address?
If you are logged in on the EuroClix website with a different email address, a different EuroClix member using your pc has enabled "automatic login".

Can I have more than one EuroClix account?
Every person can only have one EuroClix account. Having more than one account is prohibited and could lead to termination of the membership and cancellation of the Clix balance.

EuroClix does not limit the number of EuroClix members per household. Every household member is allowed to have a EuroClix account, provided he/she complies with the terms and conditions.

Is EuroClix free?
Your EuroClix membership is entirely free! You even get rewarded well for receiving customised information. How? Merchants pay EuroClix to advertise. However, with our loyalty programme you do not need to buy products to earn Clix. You can then exchange the Clix you earned for cash (credited to your bank account), for a nice gift or a donation to charity. What does EuroClix do with my contact details?
Merchants/Advertising agencies can ask EuroClix to send surveys/offers exclusively to members with a specific profile. EuroClix will select members based on the details you provided.

Can I change my username (email address)?
Yes, of course you can edit your email address (which is also your username). Please visit Email settings to do so.

 

How can I change my bank account number?
You can edit your bankaccount details yourself (this possibility is not unlimited).
For security reasons, you’ll have to confirm this change with your password.

Attention: Since third parties cannot make any deposits to savings accounts, please use your current account.

 

I am not a UK resident. Can I still join EuroClix?
EuroClix is currently active in several European countries. Go to EuroClix.com and select your country of residence.

Is your country not in our list? Unfortunately, you cannot join EuroClix. We can only deliver gifts and credit cash in countries we operate in.
