Help! I cannot find my question

How can I earn Clix (points)?
You can earn Clix by:

  • Reading emails
  • Anonymously participating in online surveys
  • Responding to offers we send you by email (commercial email service)
  • Inviting friends to join EuroClix
  • Participating in SportClix or LuckyClix
  • Shopping at merchants’ websites via the EuroClix website.

It is up to you to decide how you want to save Clix. For instance, you can subscribe to/unsubscribe from the EuroClix commercial email service. Or you can subscribe to/unsubscribe from our market research email service.

Why does my account balance in your emails differ from that on my account statement?
This problem can have 2 causes:
1.) You are logged in with a different email address. Perhaps you share your computer with another EuroClix member.
2.) The account statement you see is obsolete because the account statement page has been saved on your computer.

In both cases, you can solve the problem as follows:

If you are using Internet Explorer:
Go to Tools -> Internet Options? -> click on the tab General -> click on Delete in the Browsing History section -> delete all Cookies, Temporary Internet Files and History. If you are using Firefox:
Click on the Tools menu -> select Clear Recent History -> Delete 'Cookies'and 'Buffer’.

It is not possible to transfer Clix from one EuroClix account to the other. Clix are personal and linked to a specific account.

You can increase your Clix balance more quickly by referring new EuroClix members through your website. Visitors can sign up with EuroClix through a banner on your website. For every new registration through your site, you will receive 150 Clix!

If you do not have your own website, you can refer new members with our "Invite a friend" programme. EuroClix provides you with a message you can include in the email you send. You can also write a message yourself, but do not forget to include the link we provide you with. If your friend clicks on this link and becomes a EuroClix member, we will know that he/she was invited by you. You will earn 150 Clix for each member referred! Go to the "Invite a friend" programme now.

When you have at least 1,000 available Clix, you can exchange these for cash. However, if you have less than 1,000 Clix you can also exchange them for gifts.

You can view your account statement by logging in on the EuroClix website and clicking on "Account statement" in the menu on the left.

The default view of your account statement shows all available and exchanged Clix of the past month. You can change this view using the drop-down menu.
