Account statement

 

You can check your account statement 24 hours a day on the EuroClix website via the Account statement page. You can choose from transactions in a specific period. You will then see an overview of the Clix you earned.

Your Clix can have different statuses:

 

Available Clix
You have earned these Clix by visiting websites, trying and/or buying products and by referring new EuroClix members. These are the Clix you can exchange (with at least 500 available Clix!).

 

Reserved Clix
When you visit a merchant’s website via the EuroClix website or via one of our emails, we already assign Clix to you. These Clix will become available within a few weeks if you actually perform the required action. If you decided not to perform the required action, the assigned Clix will automatically be cancelled within a few weeks. Reserved Clix are cancelled automatically if you don’t make a purchase or if you don’t sign up with the merchant.
